How to add lubricating oil during air conditioner compressor maintenance?
1. Close the suction stop valve, start the compressor for a few minutes, and discharge the refrigerant in the crankcase into the condenser to make the crankcase vacuum. Stop the machine and immediately close the exhaust stop valve, gently unscrew the bypass hole plug of the exhaust stop valve, and release the remaining air in the high-pressure chamber. Unscrew the screw plug of the bypass hole of the suction stop valve, and install the taper joint and copper pipe;
2. Prepare lubricating oil, hold the oil suction pipe with your fingers, and start the compressor to pump out the air in the crankcase. If the phenomenon of liquid shock is found, let the compressor continue to rotate for 2~3 minutes, so that the inside of the crankcase is in a vacuum state, and stop when the finger holding the nozzle feels a strong suction;
3. Immerse the mouth of the nozzle pressed by your finger into the oil, let go after immersion, the oil will be sucked into the crankshaft tube from the oil pipe, and observe the oil level indicator to see if the oil level reaches the oil level line;
4. Remove the copper pipe and joint, screw on the screw plug and tighten it, start the compressor to let the air sucked in the crankcase out, and tighten the exhaust shut-off valve screw plug when the exhaust sound cannot be heard. Open the suction and exhaust stop valves, and the refueling work is completed.
