01 Compressor bearing burns
Fault phenomenon: The bearing heats up and changes color, and then burns and cannot rotate
Cause of failure:
1. The clearance is too small (including the deformed part of the clearance is too small);
2. Insufficient lubrication or improper lubricant;
3. Excessive load (excessive prepressure);
4. Roller deflection;
Workaround:
1. Set the appropriate clearance (increase the clearance);
2. Check the type of lubricant to ensure the injection amount;
3. Check the conditions of use;
4. Prevent positioning errors;
5. Check the design around the bearing (including the bearing heating);
6. Improve bearing assembly method;
02 Compressor bearing peeling
Fault phenomenon: The running surface is obviously convex and concave after peeling and peeling
Cause of failure:
1. Excessive load and improper use;
2. Poor installation;
3. The shaft or bearing housing accuracy is poor;
4. The clearance is too small;
5. Foreign body invasion;
6. Rust occurs;
7. Hardness decrease caused by abnormal high temperature;
Workaround:
1. Re-study the conditions of use;
2. Re-select the bearing;
3. Reconsider clearance;
4. Check the machining accuracy of shaft and bearing housing;
5. Study the design around the bearing;
6. Check the method of installation;
7. Check the lubricant and lubrication method;
