At present, all-aluminum laminated and tube-belt evaporators are mainly used on Chinese cars, copper-tube aluminum sheet evaporators are mainly used on large buses, and there are several types of evaporators on medium-sized buses, mainly tube-belt evaporators. The refrigerant channel of the air-conditioning heat dissipation evaporator is composed of two aluminum plates punched into complex shapes, which are stacked together to form a splint to form a refrigerant channel. A wave-shaped heat dissipation belt is placed between every two splints, and then stacked layer by layer, the heat dissipation effect is very good.
