Working circuit of air conditioning compressor

When the air conditioner is in operation, its working circuit can be divided into two parts: evaporation area (low pressure area) and condensing area (high pressure area). According to the different working conditions, indoor units and outdoor units belong to low-pressure areas or high-pressure areas respectively. The compressor has a drive motor inside, when the air conditioner is refrigerated, it is responsible for extracting the refrigerant from the low-pressure evaporation area, the refrigerant is a high-temperature and high-pressure gas after compression, and then sent to the high-pressure area of the outdoor unit to dissipate heat, and then through the heat sink of the outdoor unit to dissipate heat to the outdoor air, becoming a liquid at room temperature and high pressure, so the outdoor unit blows out hot air.

The liquid refrigerant returns to the evaporation zone from the condensation area, sprayed into the evaporator through the capillary tube or throttle valve, the space expands instantly, the pressure decreases instantly, the liquid refrigerant becomes a low-temperature gas, through the heat sink of the indoor unit to absorb a large amount of heat in the air, play the role of refrigeration, the fan of the indoor unit will blow the indoor air from the evaporator, so the indoor unit blows out cold air. This repeats itself, working in a continuous cycle to achieve the purpose of reducing the indoor temperature.

The heating system works roughly like this, but in the opposite way. In general, the working principle can be summarized as: when the air conditioning compressor is working, it continuously adjusts the temperature by continuously absorbing the heat at one end of the low-pressure area into the refrigerant and then sending it to the high-pressure area to distribute it to the air.
