2.1. Ball bearing: long-term oxidation of bearings by air ions and accumulation of dirt and dust will lead to an increase in the grinding resistance of the bearing, resulting in a gradual decrease in the speed of the fan.
2.2. Oil-impregnated bearings: the alternating fan of oil-impregnated bearings mainly rotates by the mutual friction between the stator and the coil, and the oil in the bearing, with the use of the fan, non-stop work and time consumption, gradually decreases, so that when the fan is used for work, the wind speed is getting slower and slower.
Third, the life of the fan will be different according to different use environments, assuming that it works in a standard environment.
3.1. The general life of AC ball fans is about 50,000 hours, and the products of different manufacturers will be differentiated.
3.2. The general life of AC oil-containing fan is 25,000 hours, because its bearings rotate repeatedly, wear will shorten the life, and the life of high-quality manufacturers will reach 30,000-35,000 hours;
The device needs to be cleaned, at least once a month. The air inlet mesh should be kept clean to prevent blocking the airflow and can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air.
