In 2018, in order to further standardize the development of the industry and make truck drivers worry-free when purchasing, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Management Committee issued the national standard (GB/T37123-2018) of "Automotive Electric Driven Air Conditioners", which mainly Applicable to electric vehicle air conditioning design specifications.
In November 2019, the group standard for parking air conditioners jointly formulated by testing agencies was officially released, and the test items involved in parking air conditioners in the standard were described in detail.
On November 1, 2019, the inaugural meeting of the Consumer Electronics Working Committee of the China Consumer Goods Quality and Safety Promotion Association (referred to as China Consumer Products Association) was held in Guangzhou. Nearly 100 people from institutions and enterprises including Haier, Midea and Gree attended the meeting. At the meeting, the world's first group standard for parking air conditioners was jointly formulated by Haier and 8 companies including Weikai Testing, which were officially released and will be implemented from now on.
