The electric AC compressor is a compressor used in automobile AC systems. It converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, absorbs low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, and turns it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas after compression. Then, it dissipates heat through the radiator and turns it into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, completing the refrigeration cycle in a cycle.
Structure of electric air-conditioning compressor:
The electric air-conditioning compressor is mainly composed of an electric motor, a clutch, a clutch bearing, a compressor body and a control valve.
1. Electric motor: It is the core component that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. It drives the clutch bearing and the compressor body to work by rotation.
2. Clutch: It is a component that connects the electric motor and the clutch bearing. When the engine is started, the clutch is energized by the control switch so that the clutch is adsorbed on the clutch bearing and drives the entire system to work.
3. Clutch bearing: It is a component that connects the clutch and the compressor body. It transmits the movement of the electric motor to the compressor body through a clutch with a spring sheet or a hydraulic transmission device.
4. Compressor body: It is a component that compresses the refrigerant. It consists of a cylinder, a piston, a crankshaft and a gas valve. When the electric motor drives the clutch bearing to rotate, the piston reciprocates in the cylinder to compress the refrigerant.
5. Control valve: used to control the working state of the compressor. It controls the switch state through the signal sensor according to the changes in the air conditioning temperature and pressure in the car, so that the compressor can work normally.
