1. Pressure difference driving principle
When the vehicle starts, the electric AC compressor starts working. As the piston moves upward, the gas is gradually compressed and produces a high-temperature and high-pressure state. The liquid refrigerant then enters the evaporator through the expansion valve to complete the refrigeration cycle.
2. Clutch control principle

When the vehicle starts, the clutch is energized by the control switch to make it adsorbed on the clutch bearing and drive the entire system to work. When the vehicle stops, the clutch will automatically disconnect the power supply and stop working.
3. Control valve control principle
The control valve is another important component in the electric AC compressor. It controls the switch state through the signal sensor according to the changes in the air-conditioning temperature and pressure in the car, so that the compressor can work normally. For example, when the temperature in the car is too high, the control valve will automatically open and start the compressor for cooling.
